so stupid. if time travel was possible i t would already exist. because we would go back in time and share the technology.

dear brandnewyork, u will always be in the past... so the time machine will not allow time travelling to the past. so we will not kno if its possible till its possible. :)

Hey dude, there are 2 reasons why what you just said is not true:

1) Going back in time and "sharing the tech" would create a paradox.

2) Steven Hawkin asserts that if a time machine could be built it is very likely that you would only be able to travel back in time to a date when the time machine existed, therefore since it has not been built, it would be impossible to travel back to this point in time.

Don't be so quick to call ideas stupid when some of the worlds most intelligent people consider them seriously. Unless you are willing to back up your assertion with a decent argument.
