Stan messes up yet again, and forgots his and Francines Anniversary. So he arranges to have the CIA erase the last 20 hours of her life, but they accidentally erase 20 years. Francine now thinks she's a teen again. She moves into her old apartment with Hayley, and takes Hayley's boyfriend to the festival.
