When Stan's elegid father passes away, he must come clean to his family. It turns out that his real father is Jack Smith, an extremely experienced spy. Jack convinces Stan to leave the CIA and join his secret spy group the Scarlet Alliance. Francine is not happy with this, but Stan is to busy with Jack training for a mission which will involve artwork, terrorists, and uranium. When the FBI shows up at the Smiths' house looking for an international jewel thief, Francine thinks Jack a fake.
