When Francine finds out Stan was once an "almost" champion figure skater, she decides to be supportive by being his partner in an upcoming competition. But, like always, after a while Stan trades up for a better partner, Roger, who is actually in it for his own selfish reasons. Meanwhile, Steve and his friends fight over who gets to marry the Russian mail-order-bride they ordered.
