In a desperate attempt to send Steve to a summer camp, Stan sends him off to the only one still available, Camp Refoogee. However, Camp Refoogee turns out to be a refugee camp in Africa. Meanwhile, Roger and Francine pose as a married couple, but things go wrong when they can't stick to a coherent backstory.
