George, Jerry, and Elaine go to the hospital to witness a birth. Jerry and Elaine agree to be the baby's Godparents and plan the Jewish ceremonies for the baby. Kramer thinks he saw a "pig man" at the hospital and sets out to prove that the man really exists.
