Jodi Melville is overweight and unhappy about it. To lose weight she concocts a thick drink containing nutritious vegetables - vegetables grown in the meteor rich soil around the family home. Lex discovers he has an elevated white cell count and wonders about the effect of the meteors on his health, finally hiring a discredited mineralogist to investigate them.
