On October 2, 1996, shortly after taking off, the crew started to get contradictory alert messages, like Over speed and Under speed at the same time. After that, all the plane directional devices failed, so they couldn't see where were they flying. The captain was confused, and descended a lot. The plane crashed in the sea.
