Shake doesn't pay the bills because he would rather watch television than care. That is, until they lose electricity, water, and phone service. Shake says they need phone service to get the bills back though. He flushed them, so they would need an excavator. Frylock says that he can live like this, but Shake can't. Shake solves the problem by going over to Carl's house. Carl doesn't like this of course, so the trouble starts. Meanwhile, Meatwad makes hotdog smoothies by using the lawnmower as a blender, and he tries to pay the bills with pinecones and leaves. How long will this last, and what was the gunshot heard coming from Carl's house where Shake and Carl are?
