Meg tries to talk to Paul. Tom decides to represent Dusty and wants him released from the police station. Holden is shocked when Lily tells him she took Dusty's gun to try and protect him and Holden insists they take it the police station. Dusty is charged with Cheri's murder when it is confirmed that the bullet that killed her came from his gun.
