When the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency arrives at the Knittingham Puppy Farm for a Doo family reunion, Scooby gets an unexpected gift from his parents; a family collar that is passed down to the first born son. However, after learning that it is cursed by a dog catcher ghost, Scooby and the gang have to solve the mystery to see if it is really the ghost of a dog catcher that his parents sent to jail years ago.
