Scooby and Shaggy are at the Coolsville Comic Book Convention where they learn that their old friend has been saving the first issue of Commander Cool for them. While they are ecstatic to be able to acquire such a rare edition of their favorite heroes book, they find themselves in trouble when one of Commander Cool’s enemies attempts to steal the comic book from them.
