In 1935, Ness and the Untouchables turn their big guns onto Dutch Schultz, the toughest mobster in New York City. Ness succeeds in getting Schultz indicted for income tax evasion but the Dutchman beats the rap with the aid of a change of trial venue and some jury tampering. Schultz then returns to New York City to resume his rightful place in the rackets only to discover that things have changed since he was away.
