Rav Ouri Sherki (born 5719 [1959]) is the rabbi of Kiryat Moshe community in Jerusalem. Born in Algeria, lived in France, served in IDF. He is a close disciple of Rav Zvi Yehuda Kook zt'l (the son of the famous Maran Avraham HaCohen kook), close disciple of Rav Yehuda Leon Ashkenazi (son of the chief rabbi of Algiers, stem of Rabbi Hayim ibn Tubul, who was one of the disciples of the ARI), and a disciple of Rav Shlomo Binyamin Ashlag (son of Ba'al HaSulam).
