A Cook's Tour with Anthony Bourdain ep3

Chef Tony Bourdain travels through Vietnam in search of interesting cuisine. After taking a cyclo ride through Saigon and trying various foods from roadside vendors and markets, he has dinner at Com Nieu Saigion, where he enjoys dinner in a unique atmosphere - pots of rice flying overhead until they crack open upon hitting the ground. Then he travels to La Bibliotheque and meets Madame Dai, Vietnam’s first female lawyer who has turned her law office into a café, where many noteworthy people have visited. After showing Tony pictures of her land her friends, she treats him to meal that is capped with a few shots of snake wine. In this vein, Tony next has live cobra heart at Flavors of the Forest, along with the rest of the snake, with mixed results.
