This xmb was pieced together from individual 8-bit bitmap icons because that was the only way to do it at the time. At the time this video came out, people were just figuring out how to mod the submenu icons and until RCO Edit came out, my program -PSP Submenu Icon Injector- was one of the very few programs which could do it.
